Become a College Nine and College Ten Community Programs Assistant!
Community Programs Assistants are part of the College Nine and College Ten Programs & Activities Team and work under the general supervision of the College Programs Coordinator. The Programs & Activities staff plans and produces community-wide programming at College Nine and College Ten (College Nights, Dances, etc.), and works collaboratively with other college units, staff at other colleges, departments, and student organizations. The Programs & Activities staff is also primarily responsible for campus-wide programs at College Nine and College Ten, including Welcome Week and the College Nine and College Ten Commencement Ceremonies.
There are four CPA positions available at College Nine and College Ten. The position is for the 2017/2018 academic year, with some training in Spring 2017.

There are three parts to the Community Programs Assistant Application:
1. The Online Application
Please allow yourself enough time to answer the supplemental questions.
You will be asked to create a sample flyer for an event and you will need to send it to Assistant CPC Tim Barbour. You can email it to him at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop it off at the Rec. Lounge, Office 052.
You will also be asked to select some prefered and interview times. Please hold the dates you select on your calendar.
3. Two References
Ask two people who can speak objectively of your skills and abilities to serve as references, for example previous employers, professors, activity advisors, etc. Direct them to our Online Reference form, which can be found here.
You may also ask your RA or another student leader who knows you, though only one reference can come from a student leader.
Ask your references well ahead of the deadline so they have time to accomodate your request.
